Editorial independence

EcoCarePackage is editorially independent. No brand or retailer pays to be featured, recommended, or included in our gift guides. We do not accept payment for editorial coverage.

How we choose products

When we recommend a product, it is because we believe it genuinely meets our criteria:

credible sustainability claims (certifications, materials, supply chain transparency);
quality and usefulness as a gift;
availability to UK buyers;
fair value for money.

Our research draws on product descriptions, brand sustainability reporting, third-party certifications (such as Fairtrade, B Corp, FSC, and others), and published independent reviews. We note where we have not been able to verify claims directly.

Accuracy and updates

We may update, amend, or remove recommendations if a brand's practices, products, or sustainability claims change. If you spot an error or have information that should update a recommendation, please get in touch at hello@ecocarepackage.com.
